1. Damaged or Defective Products: In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.   2. Non-Receipt of Product: If you have not received your order within the     specified delivery period, please get in touch with us immediately. We will     investigate the matter and issue a refund if the product is deemed lost in transit.

3. Incorrect Product: In case you receive an item different from what you ordered, kindly inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you at no additional cost or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.

4. Refund Processing Time: Once your refund request is approved, please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method. The actual duration may vary depending on your bank or credit card company's policies.


Return Policy:

1. General Returns: We accept returns on products within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Please note that certain products, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and clearance items, may not be eligible for return.

3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping the returned items back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the products. The shipping costs for returning items are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

4. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria mentioned above. Upon approval, we will process your refund or exchange as per your request.


Exchange Policy:

1. Product Exchange: If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or variant, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will guide you through the exchange process and arrange for the replacement item to be shipped once we receive the original item.

2. Exchange Eligibility: The exchanged item must be in unused, unworn condition, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.

3. Exchange Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping the item(s) they wish to exchange back to us. Once we receive the item(s) and verify their eligibility for exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you. Any price difference between the original and exchanged item will be adjusted accordingly.
